DO NOT "re-roll" There are PLENTY of skills that will use Intelligence which you will need for PVP and PVE. And your Perc is not THAT low... you can still train some ships and guns, while focusing on your support skills.

The only thing ACCEPTABLE would be to forget some training. They could add a Mad Scientist that would pay you to make BrainWash experiments. He removes unwanted skills and pays you. NO skill relocation, it would be game breaking.
